The April club meeting will be held on Thursday, 8 April at 7.30 PM (BST) via the Zoom video-conferencing application. This month Tristan Wood will be presenting his latest book, Toros and Toreros: Images and Memories from 50 Years of Bullfighting. This book contains the stories of 11 ganaderías and 65 toreros who have impressed Tristan over the time he has been attending corridas and forms a personal history of tauromaquia during the last half-century. It is sumptuously illustrated with over 200 colour photographs from Tristan’s extensive archive. If you wish to join the meeting please let Sec Gral.
